  • Things That Made Me Smile This Week

Things that made me smile this week…

First….but no photograph….a check from the insurance company for my daughter’s car that surpassed my wildest dreams. Sweet! Wispy clouds that dance in a blue sky…. ….followed by beautiful sunsets…. …and my sweet moon shot ~ I know I posted it the other day, but it did make me smile this week  🙂  …. …new beginnings… …and waiting for them to say hello…. …an early morning movie to see the epic ending of a wonderful series of movies with my sister…. ….followed by lunch at one of our favorite restaurants where we talked almost non stop about the movie. Outside My Window ~ 6.20.10

Outside My Window…is sunshine and heat.  Our temperature at 8:15 this morning is 79ºF but feels like 83ºF.  The forecast high is 94ºF for today with plenty of sunshine.  Our average for this time of year is 82ºF.  It is once again quite muggy outside so unless you are sitting on a beach, you are going to be fairly miserable with this heat.  While the beach sometimes offers you nice breezes….that may not be the case today since the winds are from the southwest and are pretty non-existent.  And while we aren’t breaking any records quite yet, the temperatures have been quite high for the past several days.  We could…

    Outside My Window ~ 3.7.10

Outside My Window…is a wonderful 59ºF with sunshine and blue skies at 2:30 p.m..  A little later post today….I woke up and dove right in to spring cleaning.  I took a break to eat some lunch and thought it would be a good time to finish this post.  We are at our forecast high for the day but the temperature tomorrow will be in the mid 60’s with lots of sunshine.  I have noticed more and more robin redbreasts around the yard…..a sure sign spring is not too far off. I am thinking…I’m not so fond of the raccoon that has been coming into the backyard to snack on the sunflower…
